DESCRIPTION:The Makers Showcase is a guest-friendly community event where members, students, mentors, and makers share what they’ve been working on—projects, prototypes, experiments, and works-in-progress. It’s a chance to see ideas come to life, learn from others, and get inspired by the creativity happening across the Monumental Impact community.\n*** At our March Makers Showcase we have combined the fun with Mind Quest’s Fun Friday ( https://monumentalimpact.org/events/fun-friday-fundraiser-20260327/ )!!!  They are offering 10% of proceeds from their Fun Friday will be donated to Monumental Impact.  You must register through Mind Quest for their Puzzle Relay with Double Dice event happening on the same day starting at 6pm. ***\nThe Makers Showcase is about sharing and celebrating making, not perfection. You’ll see a wide range of projects at different stages, from early concepts to finished builds, and have the opportunity to ask questions and connect with the people behind them.\nWhat to expect:\n\nProject demos, displays, and informal show-and-tell\nConversations with makers about how and why they built their projects\nInspiration for future projects and programs\nA welcoming environment for guests and first-time visitors\n\nWhether you’re actively building, thinking about joining, or just curious about what’s possible in a makerspace, the Makers Showcase is a great way to experience the community.\nGuests are welcome.\nSigning-up helps us plan.\n
