Experienced competitors and first-time builders are welcome to bring a robot. Guests can watch the matches, meet builders, and see the engineering behind the action.\nThis year’s competition includes 150 g fairyweight and 1 lb plastic antweight robots. Each class competes in its own bracket. For rules, registration, and the latest competitor instructions, visit the 2026 Robot Chaos listing on Robot Combat Events.\nEvent timeline\nThe following schedule is tentative and may change as registration and event plans are finalized:\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTime\nActivity\n\n\n\n\n8:00 a.m.\nVenue opens for competitors; check-in and robot inspection begin\n\n\nApproximately 10:00 a.m.\nInspection concludes and bracket matches begin\n\n\nApproximately 2:00 p.m.\nFinal bracket matches begin\n\n\nApproximately 4:00 p.m.\nRobot Chaos matches conclude\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGuests can come during match hours to watch the action. The Makers & Community Expo is planned for 10:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m., and food trucks are planned for the day.
