We are expanding our programs to college students and adults. Updates to our website will be coming soon. Come explore, create and compete with us!

Work-Based Learning

At the core of our programs is a coworking community makerspace designed to provide meaningful experiences where individuals—especially students—can test drive their career interests. Within this supportive environment, participants are encouraged to explore their passions, build technical expertise, and develop essential career-readiness skills. Through informal work-based learning (WBL) opportunities—including competitive “sports of the mind” teams, real-world industry projects, and social enterprise initiatives—individuals gain insight into diverse roles, collaborative team dynamics, and innovative problem-solving. Mentorship is woven into our community culture, with intentional interactions that foster guidance, growth, and inspiration.

🚀 Launch Your Career in Tech, Engineering & Entrepreneurship

At Monumental Impact, we empower high school and college students to explore real-world career paths through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and collaborative projects in our coworking community makerspace.
