2025 MITEE Gobble Squabble

Our 5th Annual MITEE Gobble Squabble, a robotics and technology exhibition, will be on Saturday, November 22nd.2025.  We appreciate our location host, University of Colorado Colorado Springs’ (UCCS) College of Engineering and Applied Sciences!

This event is open to the public but see below for when to see the action from the matches.

Come be entertained with robots and connect with others interested in advancing technology and engineering in the Pikes Peak Region!

No outside food allowed in venue. 

What will be happening? 

• EXPO with UCCS Clubs and other STEAM programs
• FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) Scrimmage (see 2025 FTC Scrimmage page for details)
• Robot Chaos: Ant-weight combat bot matches (see 2025 Robot Chaos page for details)

To Volunteer

This is an all volunteer event and your help is much appreciated. Ways to help:

• Checking in teams or volunteers
• Judges for Mock Interviews
• Queuing for matches or mock judging
• Inspectors (Robot & Field)
• Photography
• Field resetters

Training is available. Please reach out at enable@monumentalimpact.org if you would like to volunteer.  You can also sign-up directly through FIRSTinspires.org, select Event Volunteering and find the Gobble Squabble FIRST Tech Challenge Scrimmage event.

   Public Access Schedule
   10am Robot Chaos Matches Begin
   10:30am EXPO opens
   11am FTC Scrimmage Matches Begin
   12:30pm  EXPO ends
   3:00pm FTC Scrimmage Matches End
   5pm Robot Chaos Matches End (or...earlier if all demolished by then)

Monumental Impact is a registered 501(c)(3) Colorado nonprofit serving high school students through adults as a community makerspace.  Monumental Impact is also referred to as MITEE, (Monumental Impact for Technology, Engineering and Entrepreneurship) connecting youth and community members with career pathways in technology, engineering, and entrepreneurship.
