Join our strategic leadership team and help guide Monumental Impact’s long-term vision, partnerships, and sustainability.

🏗️ Leadership Team Roles

We’re looking for committed team members in the following focus areas:

  • Executive Director – Lead coordination and strategic direction
  • Business Development – Cultivate partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue opportunities
  • Marketing & Communications – Help tell our story across digital, print, and community channels
  • Finances – Oversee budgeting, grant management, and nonprofit accounting
  • Member Programs – Shape engaging experiences for students and community members
  • Member Onboarding – Welcome and integrate new members, students and volunteers
  • Facility, Equipment & Tech Access – Provide support, training, and access to our makerspace resources

These roles are vital to the everyday function of our all-volunteer community.

🧑‍🏫 Mentors & Coaches

Looking to make an immediate, hands-on impact? Help students:

  • 🛠️ Coach competition teams like FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC)
  • đź§Ş Lead Social Enterprise areas (Product Dev, Services, Events, Media, Marketing)
  • đź’ˇ Provide technical mentorship in coding, CAD, electronics, or machining
  • đź’Ľ Support career-ready skills like project management, communication, or interviewing
  • 🎯 Offer career guidance and inspire the next generation of STEM and business leaders

We match mentors with students based on interest and experience. No long-term commitment required to get started.

🎓 Student Interns (High School & College)

Students contribute in meaningful ways—this is not a shadowing program. Interns help lead, deliver and support our:

  • Social Enterprise – Real projects in Product, Service, Event, and Media creation
  • Business Functions – Marketing, data analytics, outreach, financial tracking, and planning

All students apply through our Application Process, including a cover letter highlighting interests and potential roles.
