Our Programs

Our programs focus on providing experiences for students in which they can explore their career interests, grow their career-readiness and build their technical and essential skills within the technology, engineering and entrepreneurial pathways. We provide students project team experiences in two key areas: (1) delivering competitive “sports of the mind” by competing in FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) and (2) delivering a diverse social enterprise composed of products, services and events. Monumental Impact strives to provide a makerspace with the equipment and resources needed to enable their experiences while connecting with industry and providing intentional interactions with mentors.

Students apply to our programs, interviewed and are onboarded as interns*. During the onboarding process students are assigned to one of our positions (shown below) and can request join one of our FTC Competition Teams in The MITEE Network.

Some interns work within our social enterprise planning, developing, delivering, marketing and / or using analytics for our product, services or events. While other students leverage competitive robotics to gain industry experiences in planning, developing, delivering, marketing and / or using analytics.
