The Career Pathways Explorer Program provides opportunities for students to discover, explore and ready themselves for different work-based industry experiences in technology, engineering and entrepreneurship. Opportunities range from site tours, mentor networking, small group research, interviewing skills, finding jobs, working towards certifications, community sessions and open builds sessions and more. Be confident and take ownership of your journey!

Most activities are for high school students, but we do offer some of these programs for middle school students.

Monumental Impact is a 501(c)(3) and run by volunteers. All funds received are put towards programs, equipment and supplies.
