Monumental Impact is proud to support our collaborative partner, Silver Key Senior Services, in their vision for a vibrant new Tri-Lakes Community Center in the Tri-Lakes region. This future facility will be a multigenerational hub where older adults, youth, and community members come together for connection, learning, wellness, and innovation.
The Vision
The planned center, located across Jackson Creek Parkway from Monument Junction, will offer:
- For Older Adults: fitness, wellness, and lifelong learning programs
- For Youth and Adults: hands-on STEM, entrepreneurship, and maker programs led by Monumental Impact—designed to spark creativity, career readiness, and lifelong curiosity
- For the Community: shared spaces for performances, events, celebrations, and more
Community-Powered, Future-Focused
This $13–$17 million project is being fueled by a strong partnership between Silver Key, the Town of Monument, Nunn Construction, CU Denver, Monumental Impact, and other community leaders—plus the support of neighbors like you.
Monumental Impact will expand its presence within the new Tri-Lakes Community Center, offering innovative learning experiences that empower both youth and adults to pursue careers in engineering, technology, and entrepreneurship. This facility will allow us to reach more students, grow our mentorship programs, and make advanced tools and collaborative spaces more accessible to the broader community.
