If you’ve been curious about Monumental Impact but weren’t sure when—or how—to jump in, this is your on-ramp.

The Introductory Membership is designed for new members and includes 3 months of access to our makerspace, events, services, and member programs—so you can explore, learn, and build with confidence.

With your Introductory Membership, you can:

  • Access our makerspace during Open Hours (and other posted member access times)
  • Participate in our Quarterly Pattern of services and programs
  • Join Makerspace Services (equipment training, skill-building, support)
  • Join Member Programs & Cohorts (hands-on learning and build groups)
  • Connect with mentors and other makers across technology, engineering, and entrepreneurship

All Makerspace Services and Member Programs are included for members—no additional fees.

Guests Are Welcome at Community Events

How Our Quarterly Pattern Works

Monumental Impact runs on a quarterly rhythm so members have clear entry points and repeat opportunities to participate.

Each quarter includes:

  • Community Events (guest-friendly)
  • Makerspace Services (free for members)
  • Member Programs & Cohorts (free for members)

So if you miss something in one month, you’re not “behind”—you’ll see it again.

Price + Duration

$100 total for 3 months (Introductory Membership)
Designed for new members who want to explore the space and community before choosing an ongoing membership.

At the end of the 3 months, you can transition into the membership that fits you best.

Do I need experience?

Nope. Curiosity is the only prerequisite.

What if I only want to attend events as a guest?

That’s great—start with an Orientation, Networking Event, or Maker Showcase.

Is everything really included for members?

Your membership includes access to Makerspace Services and Member Programs. (Some special workshops. competitive robotics programs or consumables like material sheets and 3D printer filament may be exceptions, but the intent of services and programs is: members aren’t nickel-and-dimed.)
