FLLC Qualifier @ Bear Creek

Come and enjoy this FIRST LEGO League Challenge (FLLC) Tournament event in the Pikes Peak Region, which is being hosted by Bear Creek Elementary School. This unique event combines the engineering challenge of a robotics competition with real-world problem solving and inventing. FLLC teams have been building and programming a LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime robot that navigates the missions of the robot game that was released in early August.  Teams are also collaborating on an Innovation Project that they will be presenting to judges at the event.

Community members of Monumental Impact and The MITEE Network are proud to volunteer and support this tournament event which is being sponsored by Colorado FIRST, a Longmont-based nonprofit organization, founded to represent and achieve the mission of FIRST, namely to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders.

This is a large event and Bear Creek will need several volunteers both Friday night (November 15), and then through the day Saturday (November 16).
