All Pikes Peak Makes: Celebrate the Joy of Making!

Join Monumental Impact on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Library 21C for Pikes Peak Library District’s All Pikes Peak Makes (APPM), a celebration of creativity, innovation, and the joy of making!

Come explore what makers throughout our region are creating, meet the people behind their projects, discover new ideas, and experience hands-on technology and engineering in action.

You’ll find Monumental Impact in the main conference room, where we’re bringing together robotics competitions, creations from our Made@ Monumental Impact program, and a variety of community makers sharing what they make.

Whether you’re a maker yourself, curious about technology, or looking for something fun and inspiring to explore with family and friends, we’d love to see you there!

Combat Robotics Competition

Get ready for some robot-powered excitement!

Watch custom-built combat robots go head-to-head as builders put their engineering, creativity, and problem-solving skills to the test.

From clever designs to unexpected outcomes, Combat Robotics brings together mechanical design, electronics, fabrication, and a healthy dose of friendly competition.

Have a combat robot ready to compete? We welcome builders to join the action!

Introducing Open Robotics Competition (ORC)!

We’re excited to introduce Open Robotics Competition (ORC), a new robotics program coming to the Pikes Peak region!

ORC offers another way for builders to explore robotics through creative design, engineering, programming, and competition. It’s an opportunity to try new ideas, develop skills, and discover what robots can do.

Come see ORC robots in action, meet the builders, and learn more about this growing robotics program.

Bringing an ORC robot to compete? Contact Monumental Impact at enable@monumentalimpact.org to coordinate your participation.

Discover Made@ Monumental Impact

Explore what happens when creativity, technology, and entrepreneurship come together!

Our Made@ Monumental Impact program will be sharing products and creations developed by students and members of our makerspace community.

From initial ideas and prototypes to finished products, discover how makers turn their curiosity and skills into something tangible.

Meet Our Community Makers

Making takes many forms, and that’s what makes it exciting!

Alongside our robotics competitions and Made@ Monumental Impact, a variety of Monumental Impact community makers will be sharing their own creations, projects, and creative interests.

Meet the makers, learn about their processes, and discover everything from traditional craftsmanship to emerging technologies.

You might even leave inspired to try something new yourself!

Explore. Create. Compete. Celebrate!

At Monumental Impact, we believe the joy of making comes from curiosity, learning, experimenting, and sharing what we create with others.

All Pikes Peak Makes is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate that spirit with the broader Pikes Peak community.

Come discover what’s being made, cheer on the robot builders, connect with local makers, and celebrate the joy of making with us!
