Monumental Impact 1-Year Location Anniversary Celebration
Celebrating one year in Palmer Lake — and a new chapter of community making.
Join Monumental Impact as we celebrate our 1-Year Anniversary in our current location at 866 Highway 105 in Palmer Lake.
Monumental Impact has been serving the community since 2020, beginning with programs based out of Grace Best in downtown Monument in a collaborative partnership with Lewis Palmer School District 38 (D38). In 2025, we moved into our current location and began an important new chapter — expanding from student-focused programs into a broader community makerspace serving high school students, college students, adults, and senior adults.
This anniversary celebrates that transition, the community that helped make it possible, and the growing opportunities now available through Monumental Impact.
What to Expect
Guests are invited to tour the makerspace, meet members and volunteers, see projects in progress, and learn how Monumental Impact is supporting hands-on learning, creativity, robotics, entrepreneurship, and community connection.

Why We’re Celebrating
This anniversary is not the beginning of Monumental Impact — it is the celebration of a major step forward.
Our move from Grace Best into our current Palmer Lake location allowed us to broaden our programs, welcome more generations into the makerspace, and create a community-centered space where people can explore, create, compete, mentor, and build together.
Over the past year, this location has become a home for technology, engineering, entrepreneurship, art, robotics, product development, career readiness, and hands-on learning.
We are grateful for the members, students, families, volunteers, donors, sponsors, mentors, and partners who have helped this chapter take shape. A building gives you walls and a roof. A community gives it purpose — and occasionally fills it with robots, 3D prints, soldering fumes, and very good ideas.
